Krenkerup Alcohol-Free Classic is our take on a refreshing lager with a rounded malt character and a subtle sweetness. Our brewmaster uses almost the same high-quality ingredients as in our traditional Classic, but with slightly less malt and a touch more hops.
The secret lies in the brewing process: a specially developed maltose-negative yeast that does not convert the sugars into alcohol, allowing the beer to retain its flavour and full-bodied character.
Finally, the beer is gently pasteurised to ensure the fresh, flavourful quality Krenkerup is known for.
